CAKE FILLINGS 

(These are placed between the cake layers along with buttercream)

  • Raspberry coulis
  • Passionfruit curd
  • Citrus curd (lemon or lime)
  • Chocolate ganache (white, milk, or dark)
  • Salted caramel sauce
  • Nutella
  • Biscoff (caramelised biscuit spread)
  • Crushed cookies (Oreo, Mint Slice, Ginger Nut, Biscoff, Tim Tam)
  • Crushed nuts (macadamias, peanuts, hazelnuts)

SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM

  • Vanilla bean
  • White chocolate
  • Milk chocolate
  • Salted caramel

FONDANT SUGAR COOKIES
