• Vanilla bean (also available as Vanilla Raspberry, Vanilla Oreo + Vanilla Funfetti)
• Chocolate (mud or standard)
• Caramel
• Red velvet
• Coconut
• Lemon (also available as Lemon Poppyseed + Lemon Raspberry)

CAKE FILLINGS 

(These are placed between the cake layers along with buttercream or ganache)

• Raspberry coulis
• Passionfruit curd
• Lemon curd
• Chocolate ganache (white, milk, or dark)
• Salted caramel sauce
• Nutella
• Biscoff (caramelised biscuit spread)
• Crushed cookies (Oreo, Mint Slice, Biscoff, Tim Tam etc)

BUTTERCREAM

• Swiss meringue – vanilla bean, white chocolate or milk chocolate.
