Below is a guide on how we recommend that you cut your cake. There is at least one plastic or wooden centre dowel that supports your cake, so remove this when you come to it during cutting.
Below is an illustration of portion sizing. Most of our cake serving suggestions are based on coffee portions. All of our cakes are 3 layers high, so coffee portions give a generous serving.
