(These are placed between the cake layers along with buttercream)

- Passionfruit curd
- Citrus curd (lemon or lime)
- Chocolate ganache (white, milk, or dark)
- Salted caramel sauce
- Nutella
- Biscoff (caramelised biscuit spread)
- Crushed cookies (Oreo, ginger, Biscoff)
BUTTERCREAM
Classic or Swiss Meringue Buttercream*:
- Vanilla bean
- Milk chocolate
- Other flavours available on request
*Swiss Meringue buttercream not recommended during warmer months.
FONDANT SUGAR COOKIES
- Vanilla bean with vanilla flavoured fondant (GF option available)
