(These are placed between the cake layers along with buttercream or ganache)
- Raspberry coulis
- Passionfruit curd
- Lemon curd
- Chocolate ganache (white, Caramilk, milk, or dark)
- Salted caramel sauce
- Nutella
- Biscoff (caramelised biscuit spread)
- Crushed cookies (Oreo, Mint Slice, Biscoff, Tim Tam etc)
BUTTERCREAM
- Swiss meringue or American style
FONDANT SUGAR COOKIES
- Vanilla bean with vanilla flavoured fondant
