(These are placed between the cake layers along with buttercream)
- Raspberry coulis
- Passionfruit curd
- Citrus curd (lemon or lime)
- Chocolate ganache (white, milk, or dark)
- Salted caramel sauce
- Nutella
- Biscoff (caramelised biscuit spread)
- Crushed cookies (Oreo, Mint Slice, Ginger Nut, Biscoff, Tim Tam)
- Crushed nuts (macadamias, peanuts, hazelnuts)
SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM
- Vanilla bean
- White chocolate
- Milk chocolate
- Salted caramel
- Other flavours available on request
FONDANT SUGAR COOKIES
- Vanilla bean with vanilla flavoured fondant (GF option available)
